OPTICAL FINGERPRINT SENSOR AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR SENSING MODULE OF THE SAME

To provide an optical fingerprint sensor.SOLUTION: An optical fingerprint sensor has a sensing module. The sensing module has a light sensing layer and a light filtering layer that is provided on the light sensing layer. The light sensing layer has multiple photodetectors that are respectively arranged as a sensing array. The light filtering layer has multiple collimators. The collimators are classified into multiple collimator groups corresponding to the photodetectors and the number of collimator groups are equal to the number of photodetectors.
