Zusammenfassung:To prevent a decrease in strength of an FRP member itself due to insertion of an insert component while preventing breakage of a fastening structure due to creeping of resin and obtaining reproducibility of displacement caused by repetitive loading.SOLUTION: A method includes: a first process of boring a fastening hole, into which an outer flanged collar is inserted, in an FRP molding; a second process of applying an adhesive to an outer surface of a collar part of the outer flanged collar; a third process of inserting the outer flanged collar until the flange comes into contact with the FRP molding; a fourth process of pressing the outer flanged collar against a compressive load wall surface of the fastening hole to let the compressed load wall surface and a part of the outer surface of the outer flanged collar come into direct contact with each other, and setting the adhesive; and a fifth process of pressing an inner flanged collar in the outer flanged collar.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】樹脂のクリープによる締結構造の破壊を防止し、繰り返し荷重に対する変位の再現性を得ながら、インサート部品の挿入によるFRP部材自体の強度低下を防止する。【解決手段】FRP成形体に外側フランジ付カラーを挿入するための締結孔を加工する第1工程と、外側フランジ付カラーのカラー部の外面に接着剤を塗布する第2工程と、外側フランジ付カラーをフランジがFRP成形体に接触するまで挿入する第3工程と、締結孔の圧縮荷重壁面へ外側フランジ付カラーを押し付けて、圧縮荷重壁面と外側フランジ付カラーの外面の一部とを直接触れさせて、接着剤を硬化させる第4工程と、外側フランジ付カラーの内側に対して内側フランジ付カラーを圧入する第5工程とを有する。【選択図】図1
