In the flaming agent composition, the content of the vinyl ester resin is 15 mass% or more and 25 mass% or less, and a combustion time of the flaming agent composition measured based on JIS D 5711 is 5 minutes or longer and 6 minutes or shorter.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】発煙量が低減され、かつ、発炎時間が長い発炎剤組成物を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】ビニルエステル樹脂と、酸素供給剤と、ストロンチウム化合物と、を含有する発炎剤組成物であって、ビニルエステル樹脂の含有量が発炎剤組成物に対して１５質量％以上２５質量％以下であり、ＪＩＳＤ５７１１に準拠して測定される、発炎剤組成物の燃焼時間が５分以上６分以下である発炎剤組成物である。【選択図】なし
