To provide a vehicle including an automatic transmission configured to perform gear-shifting in a state where driving force from a drive source is stopped and to provide the vehicle and a posture maintaining control device, which are simply configured to reduce discomforts of an occupant due to torque loss occurring at the time of gear-shifting.SOLUTION: A vehicle includes an automatic transmission configured to perform gear-shifting in a state where driving force from a drive source is stopped.
