To provide a medical image diagnostic device and an image processing device which can efficiently position a plurality of image data on the basis of the image data imaged at different modality and the image data imaged at different times.SOLUTION: A data acquiring part of a medical image diagnostic device acquires first volume data and second volume data which target at a three-dimensional region in a subject body. A setting part sets a target portion that is positioned according to an input operation in an image based on at least the first volume data. A position adjusting part generates a template for positioning on the basis of the target portion. Also, the position adjusting part determines a collation region corresponding to the template in the second volume data on the basis of the template.
