Zusammenfassung: | To provide an assembly structure of a box body, not requiring a special industrial tool and a skilled work, capable of minimizing a construction space, and including strength and durability in a structure after being assembled, in the assembly structure of the box body composed of a plurality of components to be flatly packed, and to provide a drawer using the same.SOLUTION: There is provided rotation engaging structures 7,8 in which when changing from a leveled attitude in which a rear plate 4 and both lateral plates 5 are superposed on a bottom plate 3 to a rising attitude in which the rear plate and both lateral plates are rotated to the outside, the lower edges of the rear plate and both lateral plates are engaged with the edge parts of the bottom plate. The rotation engaging structure 8 of both lateral plates and the bottom plate includes an interference avoidance means 9 for avoiding interference between the rear plate and both lateral plates when the rear plate or both lateral plates transit from a leveled attitude to a rising attitude. Fixing pieces 10 projecting to the rear edge upper end parts of both lateral plates are brought into a butting attitude of abutting on both lateral end edges of the rear plate by using a release function of the interference avoidance means, and the rear end upper parts of the lateral plates are connected to the lateral end upper part of the rear plate by a fastening means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】フラットパック化が可能な複数の部品から構成するボックス体の組立構造において、特殊な工具や熟練作業が不要であり、また施工スペースを最小化でき、組立後の構造が強度と耐久性を備えているボックス体の組立構造及びそれを用いた引出しを提供する。【解決手段】底板3の上に後板4及び両側板5を重ねた倒伏姿勢から後板及び両側板を外側へ回転させて立起姿勢に変化させた際に、底板の縁部に対して後板及び両側板の下縁が係合する回転係合構造7,8を設け、両側板と底板との回転係合構造8に、後板又は両側板が倒伏姿勢から立起姿勢移行時に後板と両側板との干渉を回避する干渉回避手段9を備えるとともに、干渉回避手段の解除機能を使って両側板の後縁上端部に突設した固定片10を後板の両側端縁に当接した突き合い姿勢とし、側板の後端上部を後板の側端上部に止着手段で連結する。【選択図】 図7 |
