Zusammenfassung:To provide a solid-liquid separation method, a solid-liquid separation device, and a kit used for the solid-liquid separation device which do not require a nozzle with a complicated configuration such as attachment of a filter.SOLUTION: In a solid-liquid separation method, suspension including particles is sucked inside a suction nozzle whose tip has an opening from the opening. At least a part of the particles included in the sucked suspension is precipitated short of the opening in a path to the opening at the tip, so as to clog the suction nozzle.
