To provide a vertical-type dynamic balance testing machine that can test more accurately a test target body that includes an external article and an internal article contained in the external article to be capable of relative rotations.SOLUTION: A vertical-type dynamic balance testing machine 10 includes: a base 11; a vibration frame 12 of an integrated object, the frame being supported by the base 11 to be capable of vibrating; and an external article holding unit 17 and an internal article holding unit 18 attached to the vibration frame 12. The external article holding unit 17 holds the external article 2 of the test target body 1 with the axial center line J extending vertically and is driven to rotate around the axial center line J.
