Zusammenfassung:To provide a production device of a paper container, a production method of a paper container which can stably produce a paper container with good quality in mass production and in which press molding accuracy is improved, and a paper container.SOLUTION: A molding device 13 comprises a pair of vertical movement devices 14 and to the vertical movement devices, a first mold 21 being ruled line formation means, and a second mold 22 being blank sheet punching means and press means are attached, from an upstream side. A lower side of a lower mold 21b of the first mold 21 comprises gas cushions 23a-23d installed thereon. Base paper 57 is continuously supplied from a supply device 11 to the molding device 13, and a ruled line formation on a prescribed position by the first mold 21, and punching of the blank sheet and molding of the container by the second mold 22, are performed in parallel in a supply order. At the time, by the gas cushions 23a-23d, regardless of inclination of an upper support body 18 of the vertical movement devices 14, a facing distance of the upper mold 21a and the lower mold 21b of the first mold 21 is corrected to become almost equal to an original distance, so that, accuracy of ruled line formation can be improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】品質が良好な紙容器を安定的に量産できる、プレス成形精度が向上した紙容器の製造装置、紙容器の製造方法及び紙容器を提供する。【解決手段】成型装置13は、一対の上下移動装置14を備え、上流側から罫線形成手段である第1金型21と、ブランクシート打抜手段及びプレス手段である第2金型22とが取り付けられる。第1金型21の下金型21bの下方には、ガスクッション23a〜23dが設置される。供給装置11から成型装置13へ原紙57が連続的に供給され、第1金型21により所定位置への罫線形成が、第2金型22によりブランクシートの打抜及び容器の成形が、供給順に並行して行われる。その際、ガスクッション23a〜23dにより、上下移動装置14の上方支持体18の傾きにかかわらず、第1金型21の上金型21aと下金型21bの対向距離が本来の距離に近づくように是正されるため、罫線形成精度が向上する。【選択図】図1
