Zusammenfassung: | To provide an abnormality detection device of roll interval measuring instruments of a continuous casting machine which can quickly detect abnormalities of the roll interval measuring instruments for measuring roll intervals of guide roll groups, and an abnormality detection method.SOLUTION: An abnormality detection device 2 is arranged at an output side of a casting mold 14 of a continuous casting machine 1, and detects abnormalities of roll interval measuring instruments 21 for measuring roll intervals of guide roll groups 15 for guiding a casting mold piece S withdrawn from the casting mold 14 while sandwiching it. The roll interval measuring instruments 21 are arranged in a plurality of pieces at a dummy bar 17 which moves in conjunction with the withdrawal movement of the casting mold piece S along a withdrawal direction of the casting mold piece S, and detect abnormalities of the roll interval measuring instruments 21 by determining whether or not measured values of the roll intervals which are measured by a plurality of the roll interval measuring instruments 21 are within preset ranges.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ガイドロール群のロール間隔を計測するロール間隔計測計の異常を速やかに検知することができる、連続鋳造機のロール間隔計測計の異常検知装置および異常検知方法を提供すること。【解決手段】異常検知装置2は、連続鋳造機1の鋳造鋳型14の出側に設置され、鋳造鋳型14から引き抜かれた鋳造鋳片Sを挟み込んで案内するガイドロール群15のロール間隔を測定するロール間隔計測計21の異常を検知するものであり、ロール間隔計測計21は、鋳造鋳片Sの引き抜き移動に帯同して移動するダミーバー17に、鋳造鋳片Sの引き抜き方向に沿って複数設置され、複数のロール間隔計測計21のそれぞれで計測されたロール間隔の計測値が、予め定めた範囲内であるか否かを判定することにより、ロール間隔計測計21の異常を検知する。【選択図】図1 |
