To scrape a treated object adhering to a wall part of a treatment tank even when an agitation shaft is driven and rotated at both one side and the other side.SOLUTION: An agitation shaft 31 is freely driven and rotated to both one side and the other side in a treatment tank and has a plurality of agitation blades 32. Scraping blades 41, 51 are mounted on the agitation shaft 31 and freely rotate in an adjacent state to a wall part of the treatment tank. The scraping blades 41, 51 have one side tilting parts 44, 54 of which upstream sides of a rotation direction come close to the wall part of the treatment tank when rotating to one side, and the other side tilting parts 45, 55 of which upstream sides of the rotation direction come close to the wall part of the treatment tank when rotating to the other side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】撹拌軸を一方側と他方側との両側に回転駆動させても、処理槽の壁部に付着する処理物を掻き取ること。【解決手段】処理槽内で一方側及び他方側の両側に回転駆動自在で、複数の撹拌羽３２を有する撹拌軸３１と、その撹拌軸３１に取り付けられて処理槽の壁部に近接する状態で回転自在な掻取羽４１、５１とが備えられ、掻取羽４１、５１は、一方側に回転する場合に回転方向の上手側が処理槽の壁部に接近する一方側傾斜部４４、５４と、他方側に回転する場合に回転方向の上手側が処理槽の壁部に接近する他方側傾斜部４５、５５とが備えられている。【選択図】図６
