To provide improved anchoring devices and implantable medical devices.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to an anchoring device (1) for anchoring an implantable medical device (2) to tissue of a patient. The anchoring device (1) comprises an annular member (10), and a plurality of elongated tines (20) connected to the annular member (10) and protruding from the annular member (10), where the annular member (10) comprises at least one stretchable first section (100) that is stretchable along a peripheral direction of the annular member (10).
