TOILET SEAT DEVICE

To protect a motor and a motor driving circuit from counter electromotive force of the motor for opening/closing a toilet seat and a toilet lid while suppressing an increase in cost and size of a toilet seat device.SOLUTION: The toilet seat device includes the motor for opening/closing the toilet seat or the toilet lid, the motor driving circuit for supplying power from a power source to the motor to cause it to rotate in a forward or reverse direction, and stopping the power supply from the power source to the motor, a voltage converter for converting a voltage from the power source, and a control device for receiving the power supply from the voltage converter, and controlling the motor driving circuit. In a state that power is not supplied from the power source, the control device controls the motor driving circuit so that the motor rotates in a forward or reverse direction, or stops when power is supplied on the basis of counter electromotive force of the motor generated accompanying a manual opening/closing operation of the toilet seat or the toilet lid from the voltage converter.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】便座装置のコストアップやサイズアップを抑制しつつ、便座や便蓋を開閉させるモータの逆起電力から当該モータやモータ駆動回路を保護する。【解決手段】便座装置は、便座または便蓋を開閉させるモータと、電源からの電力をモータに供給して当該モータを正転または逆転させると共に電源からモータへの電力供給を停止させるモータ駆動回路と、電源からの電圧を変換する電圧変換器と、電圧変換器から電力の供給を受けてモータ駆動回路を制御する制御装置とを含み、制御装置は、電源から電力が供給されていない状態で電圧変換器から便座または便蓋の手動開閉操作に伴って発生したモータの逆起電力に基づく電力が供給された際に、モータが正転、逆転または停止するようにモータ駆動回路を制御する。【選択図】図２
