Zusammenfassung:To establish a method for evaluating structural safety of an existing concrete open channel W.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a nondestructive diagnosis device A3 of an existing concrete structure W having vertical side walls 2, 2 on both sides of a bottom wall 1, buried in the foundation G, and whose upper surface is opened. The nondestructive diagnosis device comprises means 100, 110, 120 of imparting elongation force for making the side walls separate from each other; means 150 of measuring the elongation force; and means 140 of measuring a variation E between the side walls with the elongation force. The nondestructive diagnosis device is configured to compare a variation E' upon imparting the elongation force in an elastic region of the concrete structure at the early stage of a facility, with a variation E upon imparting the elongation force in the elastic region of the concrete structure after the lapse of years, to evaluate proof stress of the concrete structure on the basis of the comparison value (E'/E). It is, for example, determined to be "safe" if 1≥E'/E≥0.8, "progress observation" if 0.8>E'/E≥0.6, and "need for repair" if 0.6>E'/E.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 【課題】既設のコンクリート開水路Wの構造安全性を評価するための手法を確立する。【解決手段】底壁1の両側に上下方向の側壁2、2を有する、地盤Gに埋設された上面開口の既設コンクリート構造物Wの非破壊診断装置A3である。その両側壁を遠ざける伸張力を付与する手段100、110、120と、伸張力を計測する手段150と、伸張力によって両側壁間の変化量Eを計測する手段140と、を備える。施設初期のコンクリート構造物の弾性域内における、伸張力を付与した際の変化量E'と、経年後のコンクリート構造物の弾性域内における、伸張力を付与した際の変化量Eとを比較し、その比較値(E'/E)から、コンクリート構造物の耐力を評価する。例えば、1≧E'/E≧0.8であれば「安全」、0.8>E'/E≧0.6であれば「経過観察」、0.6>E'/Eであれば「補修必要」と判断する。【選択図】図3
