Zusammenfassung:	To provide a sash and a fitting in which a glass material is hardly damaged even when heated.SOLUTION: A sash comprises: a glass material; an assembled stile/rail body including an accommodation part for accommodating a peripheral end of the glass material; a seal material for sealing a space between the peripheral end of the glass material accommodated in the accommodation part and the accommodation part, on each of both surfaces of the glass material; and a back-up material provided respectively on a deeper side relative to the seal material provided on each of both surfaces of the glass material in the accommodation part.
