Zusammenfassung:To provide an assembly structure of a vehicle interior material having rigidity in a relatively easy method.SOLUTION: An assembly structure of a vehicle interior material 20 assembles the vehicle interior material 20 to a door panel 10 having service holes 14, 15 from the vehicle cabin inner side. A service hole cover 40 covering the service holes 14, 15 from the vehicle cabin inner side and made of resin is disposed at the door panel 10. The vehicle interior material 20 includes an interior material formation member 25 which forms a part of the vehicle interior material 20. The interior material formation member 25 is formed with groove parts 35, 36 recessed from its design surface.
