Zusammenfassung:To provide a reuse method of a waste powder fire extinguishing agent in which a flame retardant powder having water resistance is obtained by using a waste powder fire extinguishing agent, the flame retardant powder is reused as a powder fire extinguishing agent, and various flame retardant compositions and flame retardant coating materials are obtained by using the flame retardant powder.SOLUTION: The flame retardant powder has a structure in which a waste toner film (white color part) is formed around ammonium primary phosphate (large gray color part) and calcium carbonate (small black color part) is dispersed in the waste toner film, the mixed quantity of the waste toner to a mixed powder composed of the powder fire extinguishing agent and calcium carbonate being 5-30%. In the flame retardant powder, desirably, the particle size of the crushed powder of the powder fire extinguishing agent is lower than or equal to 10 μm. A flame retardant composition is formed by mixing 5-50 wt.% of the powder to a resin or a mixture of a resin and a wood.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】廃棄された粉末消火薬剤を用いて耐水性のある難燃性粉末を得、その難燃性粉末を粉末消火薬剤として再利用し、またその難燃性粉末を用いて各種の難燃性組成物や難燃性塗料を得る廃棄された粉末消火薬剤の再利用方法の提供。【解決手段】第一リン酸アンモニウム(大きな灰色部分)周囲に廃トナー被膜(白色部分)を形成し、廃トナー被膜の中に炭酸カルシウム(小さな黒色部分)を分散した構造とし、粉末消火薬剤と炭酸カルシウムの混合粉末に対する廃トナーの混合量を5〜30%とする、難燃性粉末。前記粉末消火薬剤の破砕粉末の粒度が10μm以下であることが、望ましい、難燃性粉末。前記粉末が、樹脂或いは樹脂と木材の混合物に対して、5〜50重量%の割合で混合してなる難燃性組成物。【選択図】図1
