Zusammenfassung: | To provide improved automatic control of electric deionized water production.SOLUTION: In the process, quality of water for treatment in an electric deionized water production apparatus and quality of treated water are measured by using water quality sensors 16,20; if improvement is necessary for the quality of treated water, operation condition candidates to be chosen are extracted based on an analysis result of past data on the quality of water for treatment and the quality of treated water in relation to the electric deionized water production apparatus and data on their operation conditions. A control part 50 performs operation by changing operation conditions based on the extracted operation condition candidates and determines whether or not target quality of treated water is obtained by operations whose operation conditions have been changed; this process is repeated until target quality of treated water is obtained.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】電気式脱イオン水製造の自動制御を改善する。【解決手段】水質センサ16,20により電気式脱イオン水製造装置の被処理水水質と、処理水水質を計測し、処理水水質に改善が必要な場合には、電気式脱イオン水製造装置についての、過去の被処理水水質および処理水水質のデータと、その際の運転条件のデータの解析結果に基づいて、選択すべき運転条件候補を抽出する。制御部50は抽出された運転条件候補に基づいて運転条件を変更して運転を行い、運転条件が変更された運転により目標処理水水質が得られたかを判定し、これを目標処理水水質が得られるまで繰り返す。【選択図】図1 |
