HEATING DEVICE

To provide a heating device capable of warming such that the temperature of a windshield in front of an imaging apparatus becomes uniform while a heating portion has a simple structure.SOLUTION: A heating device for warming a glass surface of a vehicle included in a photographing range of an imaging apparatus that photographs the outside of the vehicle includes: a body portion including a fixed portion fixed to the glass surface and an opening that opens in a photographing direction of the imaging apparatus; and a planar heating portion having a first region and a second region and uniformly heating in a plane. The bottom of the opening is formed such that a distance between the glass surface and the bottom becomes shorter as the bottom separates farther from the imaging apparatus along the photographing direction.
