Zusammenfassung: | To achieve a frequency measurement device, frequency measurement method and program that measure a frequency of a micro wave subjected to a short pulse modulation with stable accuracy and in a short time.SOLUTION: A frequency measurement device comprises: a phase detection circuit that separates a short pulse modulation signal subjected to sampling in a first cycle into an orthogonal phase component; a pulse detection circuit; and a control unit that calculates a phase angle from the orthogonal phase component, and calculates a second cycle from a first phase angle at a first time at which a pulse rises, a second phase angle at a second time having a first cycle added to the first time, and the first cycle, and when a third time adding to quotient having the second cycle divided by the first cycle a first clock time multiplied by the first cycle and the second time comes after a fourth time at which the pulse falls down, calculates a third cycle from a third phase angle at a third time, the second phase angle and the first clock time, and, when the fourth time comes before the third time, calculates a third cycle from a fourth phase angle at the fourth time, the second phase angle and the first clock time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 短パルス変調されたマイクロ波の周波数を、安定した精度で短時間に計測する周波数計測装置、周波数計測方法、およびプログラムを実現する。【解決手段】 第1の周期でサンプリングされた短パルス変調信号を直交位相成分に分離する位相検波回路と、パルス検出回路と、直交位相成分から位相角を算出し、パルスが立上る第1の時刻の第1の位相角と、第1の時刻に第1の周期を加えた第2の時刻の第2の位相角と、第1の周期とから第2の周期を算出し、第2の周期を第1の周期で除した商に第1の周期を乗じた第1の時間と第2の時刻を加算した第3の時刻が、パルスが立下がる第4の時刻以降であれば第3の時刻における第3の位相角と第2の位相角と第1の時間から第3の周期を算出し、第4の時刻が第3の時刻より前であれば第4の時刻における第4の位相角と第2の位相角と第1の時間から第3の周期を算出する制御部とを備える。【選択図】 図1 |
