Zusammenfassung:	To provide a composition for a rigid polyurethane foam that gives a rigid polyurethane foam having a low thermal conductivity and excellent thermal insulation performance, is excellent in storage stability of a polyol mixture and has a small influence on global environment.SOLUTION: The composition for a rigid polyurethane foam includes: (E) a polyol composition including (A) a polyol, (B) a catalyst, (C) a foam stabilizer and (D) a foaming agent; and (F) a polyisocyanate, and contains (d1) specific HFCs as (D) the foaming agent in an amount of 0.3 to 3 mass% based on the total amount of (E) the polyol composition and (F) the polyisocyanate.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】熱伝導率が低く断熱性能に優れた硬質ポリウレタンフォームを与え、ポリオール混合物の貯蔵安定性に優れ、地球環境への影響が小さい硬質ポリウレタンフォーム用組成物を提供する。【解決手段】ポリオール（Ａ）、触媒（Ｂ）、整泡剤（Ｃ）、発泡剤（Ｄ）を含むポリオール組成物（Ｅ）と、ポリイソシアネート（Ｆ）を含む硬質ポリウレタンフォーム用組成物であって、発泡剤（Ｄ）として特定のＨＦＣ類（ｄ１）をポリオール組成物（Ｅ）とポリイソシアネート（Ｆ）の合計量に対して０．３〜３質量％含むことにより解決する。【選択図】なし
