ADHESIVE PASTE COMPOSITION

To provide a manufacturing method of an adhesive paste composition which can be easily dispersed or used, and is satisfactorily dispersed even when blended amount of a dispersant is small, even as an adhesive paste composition for people having the difficulty in mastication and swallowing, used in a facility such as a powder melting machine, a propeller for stirring, or the like, a manufacturing factory where a solvent for dispersing alcohol or the like cannot be used, especially mainly use by ordinary customers.SOLUTION: There is provided a manufacturing method having a process for spraying a binder solution by adding an emulsifier and a metal salt to water to an adhesive paste, drying them and coating the adhesive paste, in which the metal salt is potassium chloride, the emulsifier contains at least one kind selected from a group consisting of glycerol fatty acid ester, diglycerol fatty acid ester, pentaglycerol fatty acid ester, and organic acid monoglyceride, the emulsifier of 0.01 to 0.5 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the adhesive paste is sprayed, and potassium chloride of 1 to 10 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the adhesive paste is sprayed.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】粉末溶解機、攪拌用プロペラ等の設備や、アルコール等の分散用の溶媒が使用できない製造工場や、特に一般消費者の使用が主である咀嚼・嚥下困難者向け糊料組成物（とろみ調整食品）でも、簡単に分散、使用することが可能であり、分散剤の配合量が少なくても良好に分散する糊料組成物の製造方法の提供。【解決手段】乳化剤と金属塩を水に添加したバインダー溶液を糊料に噴霧し乾燥させて糊料を被覆する工程を有する製造方法であって、前記金属塩が塩化カリウムであり、前記乳化剤が、グリセリン脂肪酸エステル、ジグリセリン脂肪酸エステル、ペンタグリセリン脂肪酸エステル、及び有機酸モノグリセリドからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも１種を含み、糊料１００重量部に対して乳化剤０．０１〜０．５重量部を噴霧し、糊料１００重量部に対して塩化カリウム１〜１０重量部を噴霧する、糊料組成物の製造方法。【選択図】なし
