Zusammenfassung:To solve a problem that a raw material so-called as a plant fermented extract to be blended in pharmaceuticals, quasi-drugs, cosmetics, health supplementary foods, nutritional supplementary foods, processed foods, and soft drinks is prepared by adding sugar and adding specific yeast or fungi, and many of which contain high sugar content.SOLUTION: The plant fermented product which has not existed in the past can be obtained by not adding saccharide at the time of fermentation but by adding natural silicon and fermenting with natural yeast originally attached to the plant to be used.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】 本発明は、医薬品、医薬部外品、化粧品、健康補助用食品、栄養補助用食品、加工食品、清涼飲料水に配合される植物発酵エキスと称する原料は、糖類を添加し特定酵母もしくは菌類を添加することで、糖分を多く含有するものが多かった。【解決手段】発酵時に糖類を添加せず、天然珪素を添加し、使用する植物に元々付着している自然酵母により発酵することで、従来には無かった植物発酵物が得られる。【選択図】なし
