To solve the following problem: surplus power was difficult to make effective use of, because an emergency power supply for refuge may be broken by an overload or overcurrent, although the emergency power supply has surplus power.SOLUTION: The emergency power supply protective device, having a plurality of feeding current limiting means (2) limiting to a smaller current than a maximum current capable of being supplied to a load by an emergency power supply, can achieve effective use of surplus power with the electric power under a protected state by making a connection change while selectively changing a protection current level by selection means for selecting one feeding current limiting means (2) from the plurality of feeding current limiting means (2) and connection means for connecting the selected feeding current limiting means (2) with a feeding line to the load.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 17 【課題】 避難所の非常電源は余剰電力があるにも関わらず、過負荷・過電流で電源を破壊するおそれがあるため、余剰電力を有効活用できていなかった。【解決手段】 複数の、非常電源が負荷に給電できる最大電流より小さな電流に制限する給電電流制限手段(2)を具備した非常電源保護装置で、複数の給電電流制限手段(2)からひとつの給電電流制限手段(2)を選択する選択手段、および、該選択された給電電流制限手段(2)を、負荷への給電ラインに接続する接続手段にて選択的に保護電流レベルを変化させつつ接続変更。そのことで、余剰電力の有効利用を、電源を保護した状態で実現した。【選択図】図１７
