Zusammenfassung:	To provide a light emitting diode lighting device and a manufacturing method of the same capable of performing illumination across a wide range close to omnidirectional, by arranging a plurality of light emitting diodes on two surfaces different from each other, and also, capable of being manufactured easily.SOLUTION: A light emitting diode lighting device includes: a first mounting substrate 61 on which a plurality of light emitting diodes 80 are mounted on one main surface; a second mounting substrate 62 on which the plurality of light emitting diodes 80 are mounted on one main surface; and conductive members 71, 72 stretched between one main surface of the first mounting substrate 61 and one main surface of the second mounting substrate 62 and constituting wiring for power feeding.
