Zusammenfassung:To provide a dust-proof lens that has improved dust-proof performances without degrading the transparency, and a method for manufacturing the lens.SOLUTION: A conductive film is formed on a surface of a glass lens. The conductive film is made of a single layer of titanium oxide containing at least one of TiOand TiOor is made of a mixture layer containing the titanium oxide in a concentration of 50% or higher.
