Zusammenfassung: | To provide a method and a device for measuring the concentration of magnetic particles in a magnetic particle liquid that allow a highly accurate measurement.SOLUTION: The method for measuring the concentration of magnetic particles in a magnetic particle liquid includes: putting a predetermined amount of magnetic particle liquid 20 as a measurement target into a container 11 formed of non-magnetic material; generating a magnetic field in the magnetic particle liquid 20 in the container 11 from the outside of the container 11 and making the magnetic particle body 21 in the magnetic particle liquid 20 deposited; inserting the part of the container 11 where the magnetic particle body 21 is deposited into a search coil 32 or moving the part near the search coil 32; integrating an electromotive voltage generated in the search coil 32 and measuring the amount of magnetic fluxes; and calculating the concentration of the magnetic particles in the magnetic particle liquid 20 in the container 11 on the basis of the measured amount of magnetic fluxes.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】磁粉液の磁粉濃度を高精度に測定できる磁粉液の磁粉濃度測定方法、磁粉液の磁粉濃度測定装置を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の磁粉液の磁粉濃度測定方法は、非磁性体で形成されている容器11に測定対象となる磁粉液20を所定の量だけ入れ、容器11の外側から容器11内の磁粉液20に磁界を発生させて磁粉液20中の磁性粉体21を集積させ、容器11の磁性粉体21が集積されている部分をサーチコイル32に挿通させ、又はサーチコイル32の近傍で移動させ、そのときにサーチコイル32に発生する起電圧を積分して磁束量を測定し、測定した磁束量に基づいて容器11内の磁粉液20の磁粉濃度を算出する。【選択図】図3 |
