Zusammenfassung:	To provide an agent for adding and enhancing a raw leaf feeling, with which it is possible to enhance a fresh and green, raw leaf feeling of Mentha plants, in a mint flavor.SOLUTION: The present invention provides an agent for adding and enhancing a raw leaf feeling of a mint flavor, containing, as an active ingredient, one or more selected from compounds represented by specific organic sulfur compounds having thiol (R-SH), sulfide (R-S-R') or thioester (R-S-CO-R') in their structures.
