Zusammenfassung:	To provide a method of supplying urea water from a drum through an electric pump to a urea water tank of an urea SCR system of a diesel engine at an arbitrary place without moving a vehicle.SOLUTION: A urea water-containing drum is placed on a drum transport dolly including a battery 12 and an electric pump 3. The drum transport dolly is coupled to a liquid suction hose 6 and a liquid supply hose 8 with an automatic stop gun which are coupled to an insertion pipe 5 making it possible for the electric pump 3 to be inserted to a bottom of the drum. The drum transport dolly is moved to a vehicle side, and the liquid is supplied to the urea water tank of a vehicle by the electric pump 3.
