Zusammenfassung:To provide a machining system capable of attaching and detaching a workpiece in a short time and shortening machining time.SOLUTION: A machining system includes: a machine tool including a fixing device 5 for fixing a workpiece 9; a robot for attaching the workpiece 9 to the fixing device 5; a hand mounted at a tip of an arm of the robot; and a control device for controlling the machine tool, the robot, and the hand. The fixing device 5 has a moving holding member 42 for pressing a region other than a region where the workpiece 9 is machined, a moving holding member 53 for pressing the region where the workpiece 9 is machined, and first driving motors 43 and 48 for moving the moving holding members 42 and 53. When the region pressed by the moving holding member 53 is machined by the machine tool, the control device controls the machine tool to machine the region pressed by the moving holding member 53 after the moving holding member 53 is made a state of being retracted from the workpiece during a machining period of the workpiece 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9 【課題】ワークの取り付けおよび取り外しを短時間に行うことができると共に加工時間を短くすることができる加工システムを提供する。【解決手段】加工システムは、ワーク9を固定する固定装置5を含む工作機械と、ワーク9を固定装置5に取り付けるロボットと、ロボットのアームの先端に取り付けられたハンドと、工作機械、ロボットおよびハンドを制御する制御装置とを備える。固定装置5は、ワーク9を加工する領域以外の領域を押圧する移動保持部材42と、ワーク9を加工する領域を押圧する移動保持部材53と、移動保持部材42,53を移動させる第1駆動モータ43,48とを含む。移動保持部材53が押圧する領域を工作機械にて加工する場合に、制御装置は、ワーク9の加工期間中に移動保持部材53をワークから退避した状態にした後に、移動保持部材53が押圧する領域を加工するように工作機械を制御する。【選択図】図9
