Zusammenfassung:To provide a door assembly method that improves the accuracy of installation paying attention to a size of a clearance and a surface difference in parting portions between a vehicle body and a door.SOLUTION: Positions of at least the front and rear edges of a door opening and positions of the front and rear edges of a door where a parting clearance is to be formed between a vehicle body and a door in a normal assembly state of the door to the door opening part, are measured for the vehicle body and the door in a separated state and acquired as actual measurement point data. CAD reference point data corresponding to an actual measurement point data position on the door opening side is corrected to the actual measurement point data position. Assembly of the door to the door opening by a door assembly robot is executed while managing the sizes of respective parting clearances using this corrected CAD reference point data position as an assembly target position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 【課題】車体とドアとの間の各パーティング部での隙間や面差の大きさに着目した建付精度の向上を図ったドア組付方法を提供する。【解決手段】ドア開口部に対するドアの正規組付状態で車体とドアとの間にパーティング隙間を形成することになるドア開口部の少なくとも前後端縁の位置と、ドアの前後端縁の位置を、車体およびドアのそれぞれの単体の状態で予め計測して実測点データとして取得する。ドア開口部側の実測点データ位置に相当するCAD基準点データを実測点データ位置に補正し、この補正したCAD基準点データ位置を組付目標位置として各パーティング隙間の大きさを管理しつつ、ドア組付ロボットによるドア開口部へのドアの組み付けを実行する。【選択図】図7
