Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optimum tidal current calculation device capable of appropriately evaluating a plurality of cross sections of an electric power system.SOLUTION: In an optimum tidal current calculation device 100, a data storage part 105 stores electric power system information corresponding to a plurality of parameters applied to a plurality of constraint equations and an objective function as a fixed value in each cross section constructing a plurality of cross sections. An optimum tidal current calculation part 103 determines an optimal value of a plurality of variable numbers as a variable value included in the plurality of constraint equations and the objective function by executing the optimum tidal current calculation on the basis of the plurality of parameters in each cross section. Then, the plurality of constraint equations include a plurality of first constraint equations regulating the relation between at least some of the variable numbers in each cross section, and one or a plurality of second constraint equations regulating the relation between at least variable numbers corresponding to each other between the different cross sections.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
