Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation input device capable of accurately detecting an operation even when there are variations or the like of elements used for detecting an operation position.SOLUTION: An operation input device provides: an electrostatic pad 3 for detecting a contact position contacted to an operation surface to be pressed (a surface of a surface sheet 23); and a load detection unit 101 for detecting a position of the center of gravity of a pressing load on the operation surface on the basis of outputs of a plurality of load sensors Sa, Sb, Sc, and Sd. Then, when the electrostatic pad 3 detects a contact at one place, the load detection unit 101 calculates a calibration coefficient by calibrating an output value of the load sensor on the basis of the contact position of the one place.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】操作位置を検出するために使用する素子にバラつき等があっても、正確に操作を検出することができる操作入力装置を提供する。【解決手段】押圧される操作面(表面シート23表面)に接触した接触位置を検出する静電パッド3と、複数の荷重センサSa、Sb、Sc、Sdの出力に基づいて、操作面に対する押圧荷重の重心位置を検出する荷重検出部101と、を備えている。そして、荷重検出部101は、静電パッド3が1か所の接触を検出した際に、その1か所の接触位置に基づいて、荷重センサの出力値を較正して較正係数を算出している。【選択図】図2
