MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT METHOD AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a maintenance management system which can determine an order of priority of maintenance inspection of an apparatus constituting a communication infrastructure system based on an analysis result on the side of an apparatus supplier during operation of the communication infrastructure system.SOLUTION: A maintenance management system includes: an operation management device which analyzes a tendency of a failure generated on a communication infrastructure system based on diagnostic information including failure code information generated by a diagnostic program, and transmits a failure recovery instruction of the communication infrastructure system according to an analysis result to a base station; and a quality management device which receives diagnostic information from the operation management device, analyses the tendency of a failure generated in the communication infrastructure system based on the received diagnostic information, generates a maintenance principle of the communication infrastructure system according to the analysis result, and transmits the generated maintenance principle to the operation management device. The operation management device analyzes a tendency of a failure generated by the communication infrastructure system including the maintenance principle received from the quality management device based on the diagnostic information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】通信基盤システムの運用中に装置サプライヤ側での分析結果に基づいて、通信基盤システムを構成する装置の保守点検の優先順位を決定できる保守管理システムを提供する。【解決手段】診断プログラムによって生成される障害コード情報を含む診断情報に基づいて通信基盤システムに発生する障害の傾向を分析し、分析結果に応じた通信基盤システムの障害回復指示を基地局に送信する運用管理装置と、運用管理装置から診断情報を受信し、受信した診断情報に基づいて通信基盤システムに発生する障害の傾向を分析し、分析結果に応じた通信基盤システムの保守方針を生成し、生成した保守方針を運用管理装置に送信する品質管理装置とを備える保守管理システムとする。運用管理装置は、品質管理装置から受信する保守方針を含めて、診断情報に基づいて通信基盤システムに発生する障害の傾向を分析する。【選択図】 図１
