MONITOR DEVICE AND CRIME PREVENTION SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology of effectively preventing crime while controlling volume of data during communication of image data used for crime prevention.SOLUTION: A crime prevention system 1 comprises an on-vehicle monitoring device 20 mounted on a vehicle 10, a security camera 5 and a monitoring server 60, for detecting a suspicious person at a house 91 to be monitored or around the house. In the case where the vehicle 10 is a delivery truck, the vehicle always shoots videos and monitors the surroundings during delivery of packages and shoots videos and monitors the surroundings during traveling in a predetermined range around the house 91. If it is determined that a person 99 captured in an image shot with the camera 40 is a suspicious person, the on-vehicle monitoring device 20 notifies the monitoring server 60 of suspicious person detection information. Once the monitoring server 60 receives the notification, it transmits the suspicious person detection information to a portable terminal of a security guard and a portable terminal of an owner of the house.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】防犯に利用される画像データの通信時のデータ量を抑制しつつ効果的に防犯を行う技術を提供する。【解決手段】防犯システム１は、車両１０に搭載された車載監視装置２０、防犯カメラ５及び監視サーバ６０を備え、監視対象の家９１及びその周囲において不審者検出を行う。車両１０が配送業者のトラックである場合、荷物を配送中に常時周囲を撮影し監視を行ったり、家９１から所定の範囲を走行している場合に、周囲を撮影し監視を行う。車載監視装置２０は、車載カメラ４０が撮影した画像に映っている人物９９が不審者であると判断すると、不審者検出情報を監視サーバ６０に通知する。監視サーバ６０は、その通知を受けると、警備員携帯端末や所有者携帯端末へ不審者検出情報を送信する。【選択図】図１
