SUPPORT FITTING FOR TILE SUPPORT BEAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure that facilitates installation work at the site in a support fitting 10 for a tile support beam that enables height adjustment by changing the connecting position between a lower fitting 20 and an upper fitting 40.SOLUTION: A distal end portion 44b of a front locking projection 44 of an upper metal fitting 40 projecting from a front locking hole 27 of a lower metal member 20 is bent from a base end portion 44a and locked to the lower end portion of a front locking hole 27, so that an upper metal fitting 40 is displaced in the front-back direction with respect to the lower metal fitting 20. It is not necessary to insert a nail 12 into a nail hole 23b of a lower support 20B and a nail hole 42a of an upper support 40B like the conventional support fitting to bend the tip portion of the nail 12. Therefore, it becomes easy to install a support fitting 10 in the ridge.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 【課題】下側金具２０と上側金具４０との連結位置を変えて高さ調整を可能にした棟瓦の支持梁の支持金具１０において、現場での設置作業が容易な構造を提供する。【解決手段】下側金具２０の正面係止穴２７から突出する上側金具の４０の正面係止突起４４の先端部４４ｂを基端部４４ａから折り曲げて正面係止穴２７の下側端部に係止することにより、下側金具２０に対し上側金具４０が前後方向に変位しないように構成する。従来の支持金具のように釘１２を下側支柱２０Ｂの釘穴２３ｂと上側支柱４０Ｂの釘穴４２ａに挿通して釘１２の先端部を折り曲げる作業を必要としない。そのため、支持金具１０を棟に設置する作業が容易になる。【選択図】図２
