Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sleeve tube which can smoothly respond to the length adjustment at the site without using a long cutting tool and can very easily remove the work from a through hole.SOLUTION: The sleeve tube body 10 is formed by alternately disposing two types of first and second resin materials 11 and 12 having different elasticities in the circumferential direction. The first and second resin materials 11 and 12 are extruded from polyvinyl chloride of the same material as a raw material and the hard first resin material 11 having low elasticity among them is made thick so that elastic deformation is suppressed against external pressure acting on the sleeve tube body 10 when placing and molding a concrete structure. On the other hand, the remaining second soft resin material 12 having a high elasticity is made thin so that each of the first resin material 11 is connected without maintaining an annular shape of the sleeve tube body 10 in a state where each of them is freely elastically deformed. A spiral core member 13 that contacts the sleeve tube body 10 is inserted into the sleeve tube body 10 so as to maintain the annular shape with respect to an external pressure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】現場での長さ調整に長尺な切断工具を用いずにスムーズに対応でき、貫通孔からの取り外し作業を非常に簡単に行えるスリーブ管を提供する。【解決手段】スリーブ管本体10を、その周方向に互いに弾性の異なる2種類の第1及び第2樹脂材11,12を交互に配して形成する。第1及び第2樹脂材11,12を同一素材のポリ塩化ビニルを原料にして押し出し成形し、そのうちの弾性の低い硬質の第1樹脂材11を、コンクリート製構造物の打設成形時にスリーブ管本体10に作用する外圧に対し弾性変形が抑制されるように厚肉で構成する。一方、残る弾性の高い軟質の第2樹脂材12を、それぞれが自在に弾性変形した状態でスリーブ管本体10の円環状を保つことなく各第1樹脂材11を連結するように薄肉で構成する。スリーブ管本体10の内部に、外圧に対し円環状を保持し得るように当該スリーブ管本体10に接触するスパイラル状の芯材13を挿通する。【選択図】図6 |
