Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a foam rubber molding hardly causing permanent set; a method of producing the same; and underwater clothing, a vehicle buffer material, a vibration-proof rubber, a sound-proof rubber and a seal material that use the same.SOLUTION: In one embodiment, a foam rubber molding contains a rubber constituent and biomass nanofiber, where the content of the biomass nanofiber in the foam rubber molding is 10 mass% or less, and the 50% compression set measured 30 minutes after a load is removed according to JIS K 6767:1999 is 28% or less. In one embodiment, a method of producing a foam rubber molding comprises obtaining a foam rubber molding by vulcanization and foaming of a rubber composition comprising: a rubber constituent; a masterbatch of biomass nanofiber obtained by mixing and solidifying a latex of the same type of rubber as the rubber constituent and an aqueous dispersion of biomass nanofiber; a vulcanizing agent; and a foaming agent.SELECTED DRAWING: None 【課題】へたりが生じにくい発泡ゴム成形体、その製造方法並びにそれを用いた水中用衣類、車両用緩衝材、防振ゴム、防音ゴム及びシール材を提供する。【解決手段】本発明は、一実施形態において、ゴム成分及びバイオマスナノファイバーを含む発泡ゴム成形体であって、前記発泡ゴム成形体中のバイオマスナノファイバーの含有量が10質量%以下であり、JIS K 6767:1999に準拠し、荷重を除いてから30分後に測定した50%圧縮永久ひずみが28%以下である発泡ゴム成形体に関する。本発明は、また、一実施態様において、ゴム成分、前記ゴム成分と同じ種類のゴムのラテックスとバイオマスナノファイバーの水分散液を混合して固形化して得られたバイオマスナノファイバーのマスターバッチ、加硫剤及び発泡剤を含むゴム組成物を、加硫発泡させて発泡ゴム成形体を得る発泡ゴム成形体の製造方法に関する。【選択図】なし
