Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the lubricant composition for the metal-processing that can improve dispersibility of an abrasion powder and can obtain a product having excellent surface quality when a plate or foil of a metal or its alloy, particularly the plate or foil of a nonferrous metal such as aluminum is metal-processed.SOLUTION: The lubricant composition for the metal-processing comprises: (A) base oil having a final boiling point of 300°C or lower, (B) 0.1 to 3 mass% of an oxygen-containing compound based on a total amount of a composition, and (C) 0.1 to 10% by mass of an oily agent based on the total amount of the composition, wherein the oxygen-containing compound has a carbon number of 14 or more and an oxygen number of 2 or more and has at least one of a hydroxyl group, an ether bond, and an ester bond. The base oil preferably has an initial boiling point of 260°C or less and has a difference between the initial boiling point and the final boiling point of 80°C or less.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】金属又はその合金の板あるいは箔、特に、アルミニウム等の非鉄金属の板あるいは箔を金属加工する際、摩耗粉の分散性が向上し、表面品質に優れる製品を得ることができる金属加工用潤滑油組成物の提供。【解決手段】(A)終留点が300℃以下である基油と、組成物全量基準で、(B)炭素数が14以上で、酸素数が2以上であり、かつ、ヒドロキシル基、エーテル結合及びエステル結合のいずれかを1以上有する含酸素化合物を組成物全量基準で0.1〜3質量%、及び(C)油性剤を組成物全量基準で0.1〜10質量%を含む金属加工用潤滑油組成物。好ましくは、基油が260℃以下の初留点を有し、初留点と終留点の差が80℃以下である、金属加工用潤滑油組成物。【選択図】なし |
