【課題】溶接ビード内におけるブローホールの発生を判定することのできる突き合わせ溶接の異常判定方法の提供。【解決手段】突き合わせ面(W3)を横切るように連続してレーザ光(L1)を照射し、溶接ビード(M0〜M3)を形成する(ST101)。溶接ステップ(ST101)において照射されるレーザ光(L1)の出力よりも出力が小さいレーザ光を、溶接ビード(M0〜M3)に照射して、溶接ビードから反射される反射光の光強度波形を取得する(ST102)。取得した反射光の光強度波形が、予め記憶しておいた基準となる基準光強度波形と異なる場合に、異常が突き合わせ溶接に生じたと判定する(ST103)。【選択図】図6 |
