A first semiconductor switching element T1 is connected between a common connection point of the positive terminal of the second DC system 2 and the mechanical circuit breaker CB, and the first capacitor C1. A second capacitor C2 is connected between the common connection point of the positive terminal of the second DC system 2 and the mechanical circuit breaker CB, and the negative terminals of the first and second DC systems 1 and 2.
