Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a thickness of a thin-film lithium ion secondary battery having a solid electrolyte.SOLUTION: A lithium ion secondary battery 1 includes a battery unit 100 including a metal substrate 10 and a battery unit 20 constituted by laminating a thin film on the substrate 10 and an exterior unit 200 that is provided at a formation surface side of the battery unit 20 in the substrate 10 and seals the battery unit 100 together with the substrate 10.
