VIDEO PROCESSING DEVICE AND VIDEO PROCESSING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video processing device that can support creation of at least one item among a prescription, a medical record and a nursing record.SOLUTION: A medical/nursing administration support device MC includes a function of a video processing device. The video processing device comprises an event determination section 326, and a tag-attaching processing section 323. The event determination section 326 determines whether or not an event occurring when a service beneficiary receives medical/nursing service from a service provider, while capturing a home medical care video, is a predetermined event relating to a subject that should be registered in at least one item among a prescription, a medical record and a nursing record.
