PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alarm device capable of improving operability of a pull cord.SOLUTION: An alarm device 100 comprises: a housing 10; a switch 50 arranged in the housing 10; a pressing operation part 60 for pressingly operating the switch 50 by being pressed in a pressing direction; a pull cord 70 for pressingly operating the switch 50 with the pressing operation part 60 by being pulled in a direction approximately orthogonal to the pressing direction, and in a direction approximately parallel to an installation surface; a pull cord fixing part 80 provided in the pressing operation part 60 for fixing a fixing end part 71 of the pull cord 70; and a guide part 90 provided in the pull cord fixing part 80 or near the pull cord fixing part 80 for guiding the pull cord 70 in such a manner that a direction of the pull cord 70 becomes a direction having a tilt angle of 45 degrees or less with respect to a horizontal plane, on a pressing direction side to the fixing end part 71 of the pull cord 70.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 【課題】引き紐の操作性を改善することが可能な警報器を提供する。【解決手段】この警報器１００は、筐体１０と、筐体１０内に配置されるスイッチ５０と、押圧方向に押圧することにより、スイッチ５０を押圧操作するための押圧操作部６０と、押圧方向と略直交する方向で、かつ、設置面と略平行な方向に引っ張ることにより、押圧操作部６０によりスイッチ５０を押圧操作するための引き紐７０と、押圧操作部６０に設けられ、引き紐７０の固定端部７１が固定される引き紐固定部８０と、引き紐固定部８０または引き紐固定部８０の近傍に設けられ、引き紐７０の向きが、引き紐７０の固定端部７１に対して押圧方向側において、水平に対して４５度以下の傾き角度を有する向きになるように、引き紐７０をガイドするガイド部９０と、を備える。【選択図】図５
