PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support device.SOLUTION: A support device is arranged so as to support an electronic element. The support device includes; a tray; and a plurality of recessed structures. The tray has a cavity in the inner part and at least one suction hole communicated with the cavity. The recessed structure is arranged in the tray so as to be recessed to the cavity. Each of the plurality of recessed structures is provided with a support surface and a plurality of first spacers and arranged to store at least a part of the corresponding one electronic element. The support surface has an exhaust hole communicating with the cavity. The first spacer is arranged on the support surface of the corresponding one recess structure.
