Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound insulation panel and a sound-insulating wall which can prevent the sound insulation panel from being damaged or falling down along with a frame even when a large impact load or wind load is exerted instantaneously, and can provide a good construction efficiency and also enhance commonality of parts to reduce manufacturing cost.SOLUTION: A sound insulation panel for insulating noise from a noise source comprises a sound insulation plate (light shielding plate 1) composed of a plate-like member, and a rectangular frame body 2 in which the sound insulation plate (light shielding plate 1) is fitted. The frame body 2 is composed of a pair of upper and lower horizontal frames (an upper frame 22 and a lower frame 23), and a pair of right and left vertical frames (a left frame 20 and a right frame 21). The pair of upper and lower horizontal frames are provided with plate-like reinforcement ribs (inside reinforcement ribs 22b, 23b) formed at the center position in the vertical direction on the noise source side, the ribs having a plate surface along a horizontal direction for reinforcing flexural rigidity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】瞬間的に大きな衝撃荷重や風荷重が作用した場合でも、遮音パネルが破壊したり、遮音パネルが枠ごと落下したりするおそれがなく、かつ施工効率が良く、部品の共通化を図り製造コストも低減することができる遮音パネル及び遮音壁を提供する。【解決手段】騒音源からの騒音を遮断する遮音パネルにおいて、板状部材からなる遮音板(遮光板1)と、前記遮音板(遮光板1)が嵌め込まれた矩形状の枠体2と、を備え、この枠体2は、上下一対の横枠(上枠22,下枠23)と、左右一対の縦枠(左枠20,右枠21)と、からなり、上下一対の横枠には、騒音源側の上下方向の中央位置に、曲げ剛性を補強するための水平方向に沿った板面を有する板状の補強リブ(内側補強リブ22b,23b)が形成されている。【選択図】図7 |
