Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for dispersing a compounding agent such as silica and a silane coupling agent with rubber without causing rubber burning, in production of a rubber composition for tire.SOLUTION: A method for producing a rubber composition includes a first step of kneading at least rubber, silica and a silane coupling agent with a continuous type kneader 5, and a second step of kneading a mixture produced in the first step at a rubber temperature higher than the first step to progress a coupling reaction. In the method for producing the rubber composition, the first step preferably includes kneading the above substances at a rubber temperature lower than 140°C, and the second step preferably includes progressing a coupling reaction at a rubber temperature equal to or higher than 140°C.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 【課題】タイヤ用ゴム組成物の製造において、ゴム焼けを起こすことなく、シリカやシランカップリング剤などの配合剤をゴムに分散させる方法の提供。【解決手段】少なくともゴム、シリカ及びシランカップリング剤を連続式混練機5で混練する第1工程と、第1工程でつくられた混合物を、第1工程より高いゴム温度で混練することでカップリング反応をすすめる第2工程とを含む、ゴム組成物の製造方法。第1工程において、140℃未満のゴム温度で混練することが好ましく、第2工程でゴム温度140℃以上でカップリング反応を進めることが好ましい、ゴム組成物の製造方法。【選択図】図1
