Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separation device or the like of a soluble substance where control for keeping the thickness of a holding liquid layer in a certain range is easy and which easily corresponds to the change of the type of a separation agent and the compositions of a liquid to be separated and an eluent.SOLUTION: A separation device of a soluble substance includes: an outer shell portion 10 having a space filling a separation agent for adsorbing a component in a liquid to be separated inside; an introduction portion 20 introducing the liquid to be separated or an eluent into the outer shell portion 10 and adjusting the flow rate of the liquid to be separated or the eluent each introduced; a discharge portion 30 discharging the liquid to be separated or the eluent each passed through the separation agent from the outer shell portion 10 and adjusting the discharging flow rate of the liquid to be separated or the eluent each discharged; a pressure adjustment portion 40 adjusting pressure in the outer shell portion 10; and a liquid level detection portion 50 being disposed at the side surface of the outer shell portion 10 and detecting the height of the liquid level of the liquid to be separated or the eluent.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
