Fibers constituting the pile 2 are nylon 6 6 fibers, the basis weight of the pile 2 is 600 g/m-850 g/m, the base fabric 3 is a woven cloth composed of nylon 6 6 fibers, and the weight of the carpet is 1000 g/m-1600 g/m.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】軽量であると共に、耐久性に優れ、鉄道車両用の燃焼性に優れた鉄道車両用カーペットを提供することが目的である。【解決手段】本願発明の鉄道車両用カーペット１は、基布３の上面にパイル２が植設されてなるパイル布帛層４と、該パイル布帛層４の下面に難燃剤を含有する樹脂層と、を備えたカーペットであって、前記パイル２を構成する繊維がナイロン６・６繊維であり、前記パイル２の目付が６００ｇ／ｍ２〜８５０ｇ／ｍ２であり、前記基布３がナイロン６・６繊維からなる織布であり、前記カーペットの重量が１０００ｇ／ｍ２〜１６００ｇ／ｍ２であることを特徴とする。【選択図】図１ |
