Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection molding device of a bond magnet capable of improving the magnetization rate of the bond magnet, and an injection molding method.SOLUTION: An injection molding device comprises: a bottom part that supports a rotor core 12; an intermediate part having a toric magnetization mechanism 23; and a top part having an injection mold 63 in which a gate 77 that injects a bond magnet material in a melt state supplied from a supply source to a magnet insertion hole 15 of the rotor core 12 is formed. The injection mold 63 includes a cylindrical projection part 72 in which the gate 77 is opened to an end surface, and a side surface 73a of a magnetic flux application member 73 made of a ferromagnetic material is embedded into the projection part 72 so as to be exposed to an outer peripheral surface of the projection part 72. The magnetization mechanism 23 is formed in a toric shape in which a tip part of the projection part 72 can be housed in an inner peripheral side with the rotor core 12 by alternately arranging a plurality of yokes 41 and a permanent magnet 42 in a peripheral direction, and a magnetic path 41a of each yoke 41 is opposite to the side surface 73a in a radial direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6 【課題】ボンド磁石の着磁率を向上できるボンド磁石の射出成形装置及びボンド磁石の射出成形方法を提供する。【解決手段】射出成形装置は、ロータコア12を支持する下型と、円環状の着磁機構23を有する中間型と、供給源から供給される溶融状態のボンド磁石材料をロータコア12の磁石挿入孔15に射出するゲート77が形成された射出金型63とを有する上型とを備える。射出金型63は、端面にゲート77が開口する円柱状の突出部72を有し、突出部72には、強磁性材料からなる磁束付与部材73の側面73aが突出部72の外周面に露出するように埋設される。着磁機構23は、複数のヨーク41及び永久磁石42を周方向に交互に配置することにより、ロータコア12とともに突出部72の先端部分を内周側に収容可能な円環状に形成され、ヨーク41の磁路面41aが側面73aと径方向において対向する。【選択図】図6
